Here are some answers to common questions.

The Fivancial MasterCard is a prepaid card. Broadly speaking, prepaid cards are the same as debit cards. The difference is that debit cards are linked to your bank account, but prepaid cards need to be topped up. In our case, you can top up using bank account transfers, other credit/debit cards, or cryptocurrency.

You need to stake $BSL tokens for a period of 180 days to apply for a Fivancial MasterCard.

To do so, first sign up for a MyBankSocial account and complete our KYC verification. Next, purchase $BSL tokens and deposit them into your Crypto Wallet in the App. If you buy $BSL directly in the App, then no action is required. The amount of $BSL depends on the card tier you’re applying for.

Finally, go to the ‘Card’ tab in the App, select your desired Fivancial MasterCard, tap the ‘Stake BSL' button, and follow the on-screen instructions. Now, all you need to do is wait for us to notify you when your card has shipped!

All card rewards are paid in $BSL and deposited into your Crypto Wallet that you used to stake your tokens with. $BSL Rewards are reflected with each eligible transaction. Purchase rebates are reimbursed to the USD equivalent, and the rebate cap is reset on the first day of each month.

You can top up your card using your Fiat Wallet, Crypto Wallet, or credit/debit card in the MyBankSocial app. Go to the ‘Debit Card’ tab, tap ‘Top Up’, and select your preferred method. Please visit our Support Center for more information about how to set up your Fiat Wallet.

We have competitive exchange rates for both fiat and cryptocurrencies. The exact rates depend on your jurisdiction and card tier. We will provide all these details in the Fivancial MasterCard Terms and Conditions when you apply for your card.

Information about fees and limits (i.e. free ATM withdrawals, interbank exchange rates, top-ups, etc.) can be found in the ‘Fees & Limits’ section under ‘Settings’ in the MyBankSocial app. Fees vary by card tier, so be sure you’re checking the correct one.

Cardholders cannot load cryptocurrency onto their Fivancial MasterCard. All cryptocurrency will be converted to the respective market's currency and can be loaded onto the Fivancial MasterCard for use in purchase and ATM withdrawals.

$BSL Rewards are paid in $BSL Token to your Wallet App. Transactions made under certain merchant categories or channels are excluded from the $BSL Rewards programme. Please visit FAQ for full details.

Cardholders who maintain their $BSL Card Stake will continue to enjoy the benefits associated with their card, but Cardholders who stake $BSL for a card based on the new fiat-based rates will receive the exact amount of $BSL back when they unstake.
